Your Strategic Contribution

Join our team as an Operations Coordinator to function as a critical part of a dynamic team located in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Operations Coordinator must be extremely organized and motivated and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to perform a variety of administrative and organizational tasks and take over the responsibility for the office to ensure the business day can run smoothly.


Throughout the Day

HR duties:

  • Support all internal and external HR inquiries and requests as well as onboarding and offboarding;
  • Maintain digital and hard records of employees;
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation;
  • Support managers and executives with various administrative tasks;

Office management:

  • Perform a range of general administrative activities;
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls in professional manner;
  • Handle company conference and event logistics, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements;
  • Work with vendors to make purchases and reconcile invoices;
  • Maintain office supply inventory and keep it organized;
  • Manage office equipment;
  • Supervise office cleaning quality.
