Your Strategic Contribution

As a Marketing Account Coordinator, you are part of our Business Development team focused on increasing the company’s profitability through business expansion and development.

You play a crucial role in improving client services management by establishing and maintaining successful, long-lasting partnerships and thorough brand delivery of clients’ white-labels.


Throughout the Day

Partner Services management:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a Marketing Program for Secure Group's clients.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer marketing management matters.
  • Design and manage marketing matrix for qualifying clients' requests and trigger delivery initiatives based on it.
  • Perform lead management initiatives such as Marketing Program pitch and the client’s brief collection.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure the timely and successful white-label brand delivery according to customers' needs and objectives.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Maintain optimized and engaging content and documentation in CMS-managed directories.

Partner Order fulfillment:

  • Manage clients' phone order fulfillment and maintain inventory management in the online portal.
